Archita in Oriya Film "Oh My Love " for which she won Best Debut Actress Award
“I had just turned 15 when I started acting. When my first film Oh My Love was released I was preparing for my entrance exam for BTech. It was my mother’s constant guidance that helped me squeeze time for everything,” she says. Working with seniors in the industry has helped her a lot, believes Archita. “I had no idea how tough acting could be. It’s not at all a cakewalk like people usually think. One has to give numerous takes until the perfect expression is achieved. We have to spend hours on make-up, in strange locations and inhospitable weather ,” she says.
